Fees & Payment Policies

In addition to superior service, Dr. Lingo provides top quality dentistry and uses only the finest materials and laboratories. Fees are adjusted annually based upon the National Dental Advisory Service, a statistical analysis of national fees surveyed by geographic area and zip code.

Financial Arrangements

Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted.

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer 12 months interest free financing through CareCredit, North America's leading patient payment program. In addition to the 12 months interest free financing program, CareCredit offers a full range of payment plans to meet the financial needs of every patient. With the popular 3, 6, 9, or 12 months No Interest Payment Plans*, there are no interest charges if the balance is paid in full within the specified time period. If you prefer an even lower monthly payment, you can choose the low interest, Extended Payment Plans* for procedure fees from $1,000 and up. Plus, there are no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. It's easy to apply and you'll receive an online decision in seconds. Apply now or see our staff for more details.

A Word About Dental Insurance

We will file your insurance; however, your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. It is your responsibility to know the provisions and limitations of your policy. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we'll do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should our insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. If you would like to know what your expected coverage will be, we will submit a pre-treatment estimate. Your insurer will generally send a response within 4-6 weeks.

Cosmetic Dentistry and Insurance

Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered by most dental insurance policies; however, benefits are often available if the teeth are broken or have previous dental fillings, bonding or crowns.
